Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement

Loudsoup Cat Match and loudsoup.com are operated by The Plain Works Co., Ltd.(주식회사 더 플레인웍스), located at 901-C32, 126 Wolbong-ro, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do 31166, Republic of Korea. By downloading, accessing, or using the game or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Age requirement

The game is intended for people aged 13 and older. People under 13 may not use it. If local law requires a parent or guardian to approve these terms, you may use the game only with that approval.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game for non-commercial entertainment on a device you control, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use cheats, automation, exploits, or modified clients to interfere with normal play or advertising rewards;
• reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or redistribute the game except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• remove copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices;
• use the game, website, or support channels unlawfully or to harm another person, service, or device; or
• misrepresent your identity or submit fraudulent support, privacy, or advertising requests.

5. Virtual currency and progress

Coins, upgrades, rewards, and other virtual items exist only within the game. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed outside the game, and do not represent property or a financial account. The current release does not offer real-money purchases. Local progress may be lost if app data is cleared, the game is uninstalled, the device fails, or the software changes.

6. Optional rewarded advertising

The game may offer an optional advertisement in exchange for a stated in-game benefit. A reward is provided only after the advertising provider reports a completed view. Availability is not guaranteed. You may decline the offer and continue through the normal play route. Advertising providers apply their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, balance, repair, add, or remove game content and may suspend or discontinue the game or website. We will not limit any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law. Some features require a compatible device, operating system, internet connection, or third-party service.

8. Intellectual property

The game, website, software, art, text, audio, trademarks, and related materials are owned by or licensed to The Plain Works Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, security risk, or interference with the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea may hear disputes, except that consumers retain any mandatory rights and forums available under the law of their country of residence.

12. Changes and contact
