1. Company and contact

Loudsoup Cat Match and loudsoup.com are operated by The Plain Works Co., Ltd.(주식회사 더 플레인웍스), a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea. The company address is 901-C32, 126 Wolbong-ro, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do 31166, Republic of Korea.

2. Information handled by the game

  • Local game data. Progress, earned and spent virtual currency, unlocked content, age-band choice, consent status, and settings are stored on your device.
  • Device and app information. Advertising providers may process device model, operating system, app version, language, locale, time zone, country or approximate location derived from an IP address, network information, and device status.
  • Identifiers. Advertising providers may process IP address, advertising identifiers, app-instance identifiers, and similar identifiers, subject to device settings and consent choices.
  • Advertising and diagnostics. Advertising providers may process ad requests, impressions, clicks, completed rewarded ads, session events, consent signals, fraud signals, crash information, and technical diagnostics.

The current game does not provide player accounts, chat, cloud save, or real-money purchases. It does not ask for your name, contacts, precise GPS location, photos, microphone recordings, or payment information.

3. Information handled by this website

This website does not use an account system, advertising tags, behavioral analytics, or marketing cookies. Vercel hosts the site and may process ordinary request information such as IP address, device and browser type, requested URL, and timestamps for delivery, security, and reliability. If you email us, we process the address, message, and attachments you send.

4. How information is used

  • Save and restore local game progress and preferences.
  • Offer optional rewarded ads and provide the stated in-game reward.
  • Deliver, measure, limit, and report advertising.
  • Operate the website and respond to support or privacy requests.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, security problems, and technical failures.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, and platform requirements.

Where consent is required, personalized advertising is used only after an affirmative choice. If you do not consent, the game may offer contextual or limited ads. Declining personalized advertising does not prevent play.

5. Advertising and consent providers

The game uses Google User Messaging Platform to collect eligible privacy choices and Unity LevelPlay to mediate optional rewarded advertising from ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, and Google AdMob. Providers may act as independent controllers for some advertising activities and apply their own policies.

  • Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy
  • Google Privacy Policy
  • Vercel Privacy Notice

The consent message presented in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland identifies the advertising partners enabled for the game and provides controls for their requested purposes.

6. Age and advertising choices

Loudsoup Cat Match is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Players aged 13–15 receive contextual or limited advertising. Players aged 16 or older may choose whether to consent to personalized advertising where that choice is offered.

Eligible players can review or change advertising choices through the game's Privacy Options control. Android settings also provide controls for the device advertising identifier. Rewarded ads are optional and declining one does not block ordinary game progress.

7. Legal grounds

Depending on location and activity, information is processed to provide the game or website you request, pursue legitimate interests such as security, diagnostics, fraud prevention, support, and contextual advertising, comply with legal obligations, or act on consent. Consent can be withdrawn through Privacy Options without affecting earlier processing.

8. Retention and international transfers

Local progress and preferences remain on the device until app data is cleared or the game is uninstalled. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Advertising and hosting providers retain information under their policies. Their processing may occur outside your country using the safeguards described in their privacy information.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; receive portable data; or complain to a privacy regulator. Send requests tohello@theplain.works. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

Local game data can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game. Requests about information controlled directly by an advertising or hosting provider may need to be submitted to that provider.

10. Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. We will update the date above when this policy changes materially and provide any additional notice required by law.
